I've also decided to leave DA, not because of abuse, not because of harassment, but for the pure and simple fact I don't belong. Apparently, now those who post random photographs, little scribbles and stuff not 'art-ish' will now be given reduced chances for their work to shine, or so it seems. I would go into a judgement of art for art's sake, etc etc, but that would result in all the older artists on my back for Daring to Insult DA. -_-
Fact remains such crappy material composes much of my stuff, and thusly, you probably won't see any more submissions nor journal entries (

I'm...kind of cheesed off, yes.
Let's just say I spent two hours writing as black humour I could think of, though that's somewhere in pale shades of grey, asked mom to check through it and engaged in a long, educational discussion about scriptwriting, decided to edit out all the stage directions to make a proper script...
...And then I find out from a friend that my teacher's vetoed the idea. Although I'd expected that (she's kinda uptight on the sanctity of the event I'm scripting for, and I don't suppose I can blame her), I feel like a popped balloon.

So here I am again! If I was 1-2 years older, I'd probably be hanging out with friends in Bangsar, watching fireworks and sipping drinks in some bar and laughing over old memories. As it is, I'm at home, downloading SaiRel ep 13 (Lovely Baby), playing Pokemon (which I used to hate with a passion) and welcoming the new year with an ice-cold, delicious, almost intoxicating...foil-pack of Ribena.
Sigh! ;) *gulp*
